Who I Am

I am many things including a daughter, mother, grandmother, career woman, friend, sister and spiritual being. I have a daughter and a son and they are both exceptional beings and would make any mother proud.

 I also have a grandson who is my biggest fan and I am so proud to be his meema. He teaches me how to view the world through a child's eyes which is something I had forgotten how to do.

The Old and The New

I have come full circle in my journey of self and after taking a good long look at my life and my relationship patterns. I made a decision to keep the things that were working, change or eliminate the things that were not so that I now have room to continue to add new and exciting things to my life in the process.

I believe with all my heart that EVERYTHING happens for a reason. After going through several very painful and disfunctional relationships, I embarked on a journey to find a way to shift my belief in myself and learn how to seek out healthy relationships. 

 I finally had to take a long, hard look and become accountable for the direction my life was going. I learned that you really do have a choice in how you want your life to flow and I also learned that it isn't just about having a desire to achieve something; you have to be committed to it.

And now, because I know without a doubt that life is by our own design, I am committed to sharing the process with you so that you too might find inner peace and joy.

My Mission

The only real gift I can give you is the gift of my experience. It is my deepest desire to support you today in surrendering some old thought, belief, or fear that is standing in your way of attracting to you the love and the life that you so richly deserve.

I have spent over 25 years in a corporate environment leading projects and people.
I am an emerging public speaker, workshop leader as well as a life, relationship and business coach.

I am a student of life as well as a student with International Coaching Academy where I am in the process of completing a very intense program for which I will be rewarded with a Professional Coach Certification upon completion of the course.
