Who I Am

I am many things including a daughter, mother, grandmother, career woman, friend, sister and spiritual being. I have a daughter and a son and they are both exceptional beings and would make any mother proud. I also have a grandson who is my biggest fan and I am so proud to be his meema. He teaches me how to view the world through a child's eyes which is something I had forgotten how to do. And just recently I have added Buddy the long hair Chihuahua to my family. Normally I am a cat person but little Buddy just stole my heart.

I am passionate about the work I do but I also know how to balance work and fun. Some of the activities I enjoy in my free time are reading which is an addiction of mine (I can never get enough), spending time on the beach, playing with my grandson, laughing out loud, people watching, snorkeling in Hawaii, creating new adventures, and hanging out with my kids.

I am a life time member in the school of Life and I am also pursuing certification with International Coaching Academy and a member of Relationship Coaching Institute

The Old and The New

I have come full circle in my journey of self and after taking a good long look at my life, I made a decision to keep the things that were working, change or eliminate the things that were not so that I now have room to continue to add new and exciting things to my life in the process.

I believe with all my heart that EVERYTHING happens for a reason. Due to some circumstances in my own life, I finally had to take a look and become accountable for the direction my life was going. I also learned that it isn't just about having a desire to achieve something; you have to be committed to it.

And now, because I know without a doubt that life is by our own design, I am committed to sharing the process with you so that you too might find inner peace and joy.

My Mission

The only real gift I can give you is the gift of my experience. It is not my intention to try to provide you with some new information that will make you feel smarter or better. What I do want to do is support you today in surrendering some old thought, belief, or righteous position that is firmly and impeccably placed between you and your magnificent self.

Professional:

I have spent over 25 years in a corporate environment leading projects and people.
I am an emerging public speaker, workshop leader as well as a life and relationship coach.
I am a student of life as well as a student with International Coaching Academy where I am in the process of completing a very intense program for which I will be rewarded with a Professional Coach Certification upon completion of the course.
